Billie Wilson was the most caring person in my life growing up. She was the reason I made it through my high school years. She always encouraged me to do the best I could in school wether it be sports or academics. I think about her oftened and thank God for putting her in my life. I was in M Club for my time at William Chrisman 68 - 71, and loved the strength she shared with us as a team. My condolences go out to her family, may her memory live on in all who knew and loved her. Marsha Robinson

I graduated 1971, I was not athletic but Miss Wilson took me under her wing so I didnt feel left out or the last one picked. She lovingly called me Skaggy, Skaggs is my maiden name. Once she took us girls to Mill Creek to play tennis ,we rode in her convertable fancy car with the top down, man o man how cool is that, your "teacher" being giggly and silly with us. Im still not athletic but i give it hell, Thanks for the memorys Miss Wilson Johnna Skaggs Hook

Coach Wilson. You made a big difference to many girls at William Chrisman. I remember practicing in the Gym pitching to Dani Gann so she could make the throw to second base. Billie did not realize I threw curve ball pitches. Billie hit the ball by accident. Coach you will always be in our hearts all the girls you coached in Volleyball, Basketball, and of course Softball. We all love you RIP Jana Williamson Class of 1980, Softball Pitcher, Outfielder.

Miss Billie. You were such a joy to work with and learn from. I still remember when I did my student teaching with you in 1984. You let me know that you had difficultly deciding if you would let me do so. Being a Truman Grad, you thought I would take back all of your "secrets" to them. The time ended up being a wonderful experience...and had lots of Hi-Boy Burgers thanks to you. You always made me laugh but was an absolutely, wonderful mentor. You were a Trailblazer for Girls Sports, wanting equality for all. Thank you for having such a significant impact on my life, not only as an Educator, but also for paving the way for me (and other HS Girls) to be able to compete in athletics throughout school. I know you will find some water with your fishing pole in hand, overlooking us. Rest in Peace, Miss Billie. Thank you for allowing me in your life.
