I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alan and getting to know him during our time together in Chicago and other company locations. I have fond memories of talking Chiefs football. Alan's dedication to RotaDyne/Mid America and his colleagues was truly remarkable. His willingness to take on any assignment or travel to anywhere on short notice was valued by all who worked with him. With Alan's intimate knowledge of the Company's business systems, both old and new, he provided counsel and training to so many employees who were incredibly appreciative. His patience and willingness to help was unmatched. Alan's "can do" approach was contagious and why fellow employees were so comfortable calling upon him for support. His passing is a loss for so many and I share my heartfelt condolences with his family.

Alan was a wonderful person whom will be missed by all who knew him. I enjoyed working with him and sharing dinner after work when we were traveling. He always had a positive attitude and a friendly personality. Alan loved his family and would happily share stories about his recent weekend or upcoming plans with his wife, children, grand children and great grand children. Alan was respected by everyone at RotaDyne for his commitment to the company, his incredible knowledge, and his kindness. I was shocked and saddened when I learned of Alan's passing. I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Alan for the last 10 years at RotaDyne and through our transition to Finzer. To say he was a wonderful coworker is an understatement. Not only was he the "go-to guy" for, well everything, he was kind, funny, and a joy to talk to. Over the years we had become friends and it was clear how much he adored his wife, kids, and grandkids. Alan's passing is a great loss not only to our company, but to the world. He was taken far too soon and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Alan, you were not only the best step dad, but the most amazing “Papa” I ever could have dreamed of to my children and theirs.
You were taken too soon and the loss of you is deep. You will forever be in our hearts. I love you
