I was so saddened to learn of Dan's recent passing and my thoughts and prayers are with those who loved him. I knew Dan through my long-term friendship with his parents, Grace and Earl Gladden. Through that friendship, I had the opportunity to enjoy some of Dan's cooking skills and some spirited conversations. He will be missed by all the Gladden family and his many friends.

My heart is aching. Dan was my first real boyfriend and I became an honorary member of the Gladden's. I grieve with you all, but I'm so happy he and Kim weren't separated for long. May God's peace surround all who loved and miss him. Via con Dios, Dan.
