Margaret Accardo

Margaret Ann Accardo, 78, formerly of Independence, MO passed away Friday, June 10, 2011. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Speaks. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Margaret was born August 5, 1932 in Jackson County, MO the daughter of Claud and Rose Bellinger. She retired from the Social Security Administration after 20 years of service. Ms. Accardo had been an active member of the ABWA as well as the Osteopathic Auxiliary. Margaret is survived by her children Vicki Devilbiss, Vince Accardo, Joe Accardo and wife Debbie; grandchildren Natalie and Shawn Boston, Phillip Davis, Tony, Michael and Amy Accardo. She was preceded in death by her son Phillip Accardo.
