Leroy Adkins

LeRoy Adkins, 74 of Kansas City, MO and formerly of Belton, MO passed away May 24, 2003 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. Services will be 10 am Tues. at George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-8:30 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Adkins was born September 30, 1928 at Wakenda, MO the son of Harry and Mary Adkins. He served in the US Army. He married Verna Jean Adkins and she preceded him in death March 8, 2003. He is survived by one daughter: Susan Ott, Overland Park, KS, two sons: Keith Adkins and Dwayne Adkins, Kansas City, MO, 4 grandchildren, & two sisters; Pat Adkins and Lois Adkins and one brother, Jerry Adkins of MO.
