Tangela R. Adkins, 40, of Buckner, MO passed away August 31, 2021. A visitation will be held Friday, September 10th, from 9-10am with a 10am service following, both at 18020 E 39th St.; Independence, MO 64055. Interment will follow at Buckner Hill Cemetery. Masks are mandatory for attendance.
Tangela was born September 2, 1980 in Kansas City, MO. She leaves her daughter, Gabrielle Worthey; her parents, Debbie and Dale Worthey; her sister, Kristin Wagner, and husband, Dallas; and her partner, Heather Smith.
Tangela touched many lives through her service in healthcare and with exceptional needs children. The family especially wants to thank all the ICU doctors and nurses at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs.
