Edward A. “Eddie” Apruzzese, 58 of Richmond, MO, passed away, Saturday, February 2, 2013 at his residence. Cremation is planned with a memorial gathering to be held from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday night at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society. Eddie was born August 25, 1954 in Southington, CT to Amadeo Arnold and Maria Ann (Provenzano) Apruzzese. He grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Plainville, CT high school in 1973. He had worked as a security officer. He enjoyed watching sports, fishing and NASCAR. He was a member of the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Plainville, CT. Eddie was married to Bonnie Delorme on August 8, 2008; she survives of the home. Other survivors include; a step daughter, Ambur Delorme of the home; his siblings, Carol VanHoof and husband Jim of Plainville, CT, Vincent Apruzzese and wife Sandra of Swanney, GA, Marion McCormick and husband Mack and Robert Apruzzese and wife Maryann all of Southington, CT, Mildred Paris of Bristol, CT and Nancy Hook and husband Bill of Plainville, CT and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
