Estellene Arbuckle, 78 of Kansas City, MO, passed away Monday, February. 8, 2010 at Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Graveside services will be 12:00 PM Thursday, February. 11, 2010 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:30 AM Thursday at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice House; 12000 Wornall Rd. Kansas City, MO 64145; St. Mary’s Manor; 111 NW Mock Ave. Blue Springs, MO 64014; or Wayside Waifs, 3901 E. Martha Truman Rd. Kansas City, MO 64137.
Estellene was born July 16, 1931 in Kansas City, MO to Russell and Jane (Dunn) Arbuckle. She graduated from Paseo High School in 1948. Ms. Arbuckle retired from National Western Life in 1992 after 16 years of dedicated service.
Estellene is survived by her sons; David L. Foster and wife Sharon; Brian R. Foster and wife Vickie; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother Dr. Gordon Arbuckle.
