Nadine Armstrong

February 10, 1925 — March 17, 2010

Nadine “Dean” Armstrong, 85, of Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Golden Living Center. Dean worked as an accountant for LCAAP for 30 years and was a charter member of their 25 Year Club. She was a member of Longview Christian Church. Dean enjoyed fishing, gambling, Bingo, her weekly Baseball pot Monday meetings, and was an avid reader. She was very active and will be missed for her strong and independent nature. Dean is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Sandi and Leroy Hoeppner of Blue Springs, MO and Vicki and Gary Cox of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren; four step grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren who will all miss their Mom-o. She was preceded in death by her son Jim Cunningham and granddaughter Sondra Dean Cunningham. Private family graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
