Vicky Armstrong

Vicky Lynn Armstrong, 57 of Independence, MO passed away, Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2008 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m., until service time Monday at the chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Vicky was born June 28, 1951 in North Kansas City, MO to Bob and Peggy (Fox) Adams and has been a lifelong area resident. She had worked as a manager for the Venture Store in Independence and later was a billing clerk for Lakewood Chiropractic. She was a member of the Springbrook Free Will Baptist Church in Blue Springs, MO. She enjoyed crocheting and fishing. She is survived by; her husband, Ronald Armstrong of the home; a son, Scott Wilson and his wife Kelly of Kansas City, MO; a daughter, Nicci Jones and her husband Kevin of Polo, MO; a step daughter, Dawn Armstrong of Oak Grove, MO; 2 sisters, Debbie Wilder of Pittsfield, IL and Becky Adams of Kansas City, MO and 5 grandchildren, Joey Wilson, Jenna Wilson, Ashliegh Jones, Brooke Jones and Garrett Jones.
