William Bailey Jr

William E. “Bill” Bailey, 58, Blue Springs, MO, died unexpectedly Nov. 14, 2010. Services will be 10 am, Wed. Nov. 17 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 2 pm, Thursday at the Bernie Cemetery in Bernie, MO.
Bill was born May 22, 1952 in Winchester, TN. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from UMKC. He had worked in the extermination business for Orkin and most recently for Terminix. Bill was a huge fan of Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and NASCAR and loved to hunt deer and fish.
Bill is survived by his loving companion Jean Payne of the home; daughter Erin Donahoo and husband Kevin, Independence, MO; step daughter Julie Stanley and husband Keith, Qulin, MO; step sons Keith Payne and wife Cindy, Parma, MO; J.R. Payne and wife Brenda, Warren, MI; Jeff Payne and wife Crystal, Bernie, MO; many grand and great-grandchildren, many family and friends.
