Lois Baker

Lois M. Baker, 89, of Independence, MO passed away March 12, 2012. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO. Lois was born February 3, 1923 in Graf, Nebraska to Fred and Blanche (Graham) Wade. She retired from Woolworth, where she had been a bookkeeper for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Baker; and son, Thomas W. Baird. Lois is survived by one son, Kenneth “Skip” Baird; two daughters, Cindy Baird and Sandy Heishman; ten grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
