Bryan Frank Bass

Bryan Frank Bass, 29, of Independence, MO, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2003 at his residence. Services will be 7:00 p.m., Monday evening at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Cremation to follow. The family will greet friends following the services at the chapel. Bryan was born February 4, 1974 in Harvey, LA to George and Barbara Bass. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. He was a member of the Country Meadows Baptist Church, and served as a missionary in Brazil. He was also a member of the Coral Chorale. He was married to Christina Marie Collins on July 26, 1997, she survives of the home. Other survivors include; a son Benjamin Isaiah Bass of the home; 2 brothers, Jeffrey Sexton Bass & family of Grandview, MO and Kirk Bass & family of Independence, MO; 2 sisters, Brooke Kristina Bryan of Germany and Holly Renee Bass of Plano, TX; his parents George Bass of Plano, TX and Barbara Crane of Independence, MO; Step parents Robyn Bass of Plano, TX and Samuel Crane of Independence, MO; mother and father-in-law Ronnie and Suzanne Collins & family of Independence, MO. The family suggests memorials in his name to the Benjamin Bass Education Fund.
