Deloris “Doddie” Ann Bay, 62, Blue Springs, MO passed away Oct. 25, 2013. Services will be 10 am, Wed, Oct. 30 at Speaks Suburban Chapel: interment at Green Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Tuesday at the chapel.
Doddie was born April 16, 1951 in Mountain Grove, MO. She graduated from Truman High School and Hamilton Business College. She was a Senior Lab Technician at Catalent Pharmaceutical Solutions. She enjoyed camping, fishing at Truman Lake and four-wheeling but most of all loved her grandchildren and family. She was a member of Blue Springs Assembly, where over the years she was involved in children’s ministries and bus ministries.
Doddie is survived by sons Rob McCubbins and wife Mary, Shreveport, LA; Will McCubbins and wife Tricia, Lee’s Summit, MO; Tim Underwood and wife Andrea, Independence, MO; step-daughter Jules Richardson, Kansas City, KS; brother Eldon Marek, Roswell, NM; sister Wanda Keesee and husband Lorren, Independence, MO; brothers Roy Bay and wife Linda; Roger Bay, all of Kansas City, MO; sisters Sharon Bay-Minish, Independence, MO; Donna Kegley and husband Tom, Odessa, MO and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
