Rex Beall, 73 of Blue Springs passed away peacefully after a brief illness, on Tue. Feb 5, 2008, at K. U. Medical Center, with his beloved wife, Diana and his two daughters, Rexanne and Suzanne by his side. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Fri. Feb. 8, 2008 at Mt. Washington Forever Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 �" 8:00 pm, Thursday at the Carson- Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Indep. MO. Contributions are suggested in Rex’s memory, to the Mid-Continent Public Library, 15616 E. 24 Hwy, Indep. MO 64050. Rex was born on Feb. 24, 1934 to Charles L. and Marian E. (Robertson) Beall in Kansas City, MO. He was an electrician with General Motors, retiring in 1998. Rex was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed reading anything and everything. He was an avid Bow and Rifleman who loved to hunt deer and turkey. He previously attended the University of Kansas City and was a proud Marine Corps veteran who served during the Korean War. Rex was preceded in death by two sons, Richard and Michael Beall. His survivors include his wife Diana Beall of Blue Springs, MO. Two daughters, Rexanne Royal and husband Bill of Concord, MA and Suzanne Bailey and husband Jeff of Overland Park, KS. Three step-sons, Ken Billups, Jr of Blue Springs, Kevin Billups of Blue Springs and Keith Billups of Tucson, AZ. Two grandchildren, Will Royal and Spencer Royal; three step-grandsons, Brian Billups, Joshua Stafford and Michael Stafford. Two brothers, Robert Beall of Shawnee, KS and Jack Beall of Kansas City, MO. A sister, Sharon Lewis of Holt, MO.
