Eugenie Beaulieu

Eugenie Beaulieu, 87, formerly of Kansas City, MO passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2011 at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, 4101 E. 105th Terr., Kansas City, MO 64137. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service starting at 9:00 a.m. Graveside service 2:30 p.m. in Park Cemetery, Carthage, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Crittenton Children’s Center, 10918 Elm Ave., Kansas City, MO 64134. Eugenie was born June 24, 1924 in Carthage, MO to Walter and Mary (Lowe) Springer. She was united in marriage on July 31, 1948 to Gerard Beaulieu and shared 63 years of happiness together. Mrs. Beaulieu graduated from Cornell University School of Nursing. She enjoyed singing with the Sounds of Joy choral group at church. Eugenie is survived by her husband Gerard; sons Paul Beaulieu and wife Georgia, Walter Beaulieu and wife Faye; daughter Theresa Beaulieu; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
