Celina "Belle" Spencer

Celina Belle Spencer, 67, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on July 18, 2026.

Celina was born on December 21, 1958, in Lafayette, Missouri, to Stanley and Elizabeth Oles. She graduated from Van Horn High School with the Class of 1976.

She shared many wonderful years with her significant other, Stephen Farmer, and treasured the life they built together.

Celina worked as a Customer Service Team Member at CVS, where she was known for her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help others.

Bowling was one of Celina’s greatest passions, and she made countless memories on the lanes with family and friends. She also loved spending time at the lake and enjoyed traveling on cruises, visiting beautiful destinations throughout the Caribbean, including Mexico, Jamaica, St. Thomas, and Puerto Rico. These adventures brought her immense joy and created memories she cherished for a lifetime.

Celina will be remembered for her quiet strength, bubbly personality, selfless heart, and honest nature. She never sugar-coated anything and always spoke her mind with love and sincerity. She was an exceptional bowler, a wonderful cook, and someone who always put others before herself. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

She is survived by her son, J.D. Davis; her sisters, Shelly Siercks and Robin Coonrod; her significant other, Stephen Farmer and his daughter, Brandi Carter and grandson, James; two granddaughters and many extended family members and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachael Parrish; her parents, Stanley and Elizabeth Oles; and her siblings, Steven Oles, Scott Oles, and Mark Smith.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Verona Room at Sterling Bowl, 11216 E. US 24 Highway, Sugar Creek, Missouri.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that Celina’s love, laughter, honesty, and beautiful spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched. She will be forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
