Lillian Bennett, 83, of Independence, MO passed away October 18, 2011. A graveside inurnment will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Mound Grove Cemetery. Lillian was born May 16, 1928 in Fort Wayne, IN to Charles A. Houser and Estella P. (Frankin) Houser. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harvey W. Bennett. Lillian is survived by her three children, Steven Bennett, Pamela Midholdt and Jeffrey Bennett; as well as her loving grandchildren; and other family members. She will be dearly missed.
