Terry Lynn Bennett

Terry Lynn Bennett, of Independence, MO, passed away on Tuesday, October 19th, 2020 after a long battle with her health. She was 57. Terry was born in Bradenton, FL on October 4, 1963. She retired from LabCorp where she worked as an EKG Interpreter and was damn good at it. When she was able, she enjoyed going to the lake and the shooting range, fishing, and being outside. Terry and her stubbornness will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Frank; brother, Denver Dale Horton, Jr. and his wife Sherri of Richmond, MO; brother-in-law, Ralph Bennett and his wife, Meredith of Excelsior Springs, MO; nieces, Margot Zubia and her husband, Trinidad, Erin Wilson and her husband, Gary; nephews, Augustus “Gus” Zubia, Cody Horton and his wife, Kyra; beloved dogs, Bullet and Shotgun Shelly; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her parents and an aunt. A service for close friends and family will be held at a later date.
