Philip J. Bergman, 19, Independence, MO died May 3, 2015. Services will be 10 am, Sat., May 9 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Friday at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Berklee College of Music Scholarship Fund in memory of Philp Bergman, 1140 Boylston St., Boston, MA 02215. Philip is survived by his mother Leslie Murphy and husband Anthony Gardner; father Kevin Bergman; sister Emilee Bergman; maternal grandmother Donna Short and husband Ron; maternal grandfather Calvin McGuire; paternal grandparents Barbara & Laurence Bergman and many aunts, uncles and cousins
