Mildred Bernadich, 88, of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Rosewood Health Care. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, 2011 at St. Cyril’s Catholic Church, 11231 E. Chicago, Sugar Creek, MO 64054. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052 where the rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mildred was born August 12, 1922 in Sugar Creek, MO to George and Anna Margaret (Dobrinich) Bernadich. She is survived by her niece Barbara (Kroll) Dime of Seattle, WA; and by numerous great nieces, nephews and their children in Kansas City, St. Louis, MO and Tampa, FL.
