Avanelle Berryman (Moore)

Avanelle Berryman, 91, of Independence, MO passed away February 22, 2015. Graveside Inurnment will be 10:00 am Monday, March 2, 2015 at Mound Grove Cemetery. Avanelle was born on March 25, 1923 in Huntsville, MO to John and Lucinda (Freeman) Moore. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Avanelle retired after 30 years of service from 1st National Bank in Kansas City, MO. She was a very kind, warm, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In her spare time she liked to spend time in her flower beds around the house and traveling with her best friend and husband, Francis. Avanelle is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Freeman Moore, and a sister, Pat Moore. Survivors include; her husband of 58 years, Francis Berryman; daughters Shirley Warmington and Sherry Vermillion; step son Steven Berryman; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren Online condolences may be expressed at www.speakschapel.com
