Velma Beth Blanchard

Velma Beth Blanchard, 78, of Independence, MO, passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at North Kansas City Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, February 8th from 7-8:30 p.m. Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Beth was born October 7, 1928 in Charton, IA to Arthur and Anna Lorena (Carson) Hull. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Blanchard was always in the middle of activities, hosting family gatherings and helping others. She enjoyed crocheting and embroidery work in her spare time. Beth is survived by her daughter Lynn Goode and husband Paul; granddaughters Shelly-Jo Kreicbergs and husband James, Jamie Sue Erickson and husband Corey; great-granddaughters Anna and Alexandra Kreicbergs, Londyn Erickson; brother Gerry Hull and wife Pat; sister Dora Coe; special companion Bill Fuller. She was preceded in death by her son Ronald Nichols, and brothers Kenneth, Ermal and Norman Hull. We love you Grandma!
