Cheryl Ann Boin, 43, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 19, 2011 at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 10017 E. 36th Terr., Independence, MO 64052. Visitation will be 2-4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th, Independence, MO 64055. Cremation to follow services. Cheryl was born December 22, 1967 in Independence, MO the daughter of John and Tanya (Walsh) Cunningham. She loved her family dearly, and her sons were the light of her life! Cheryl was a Chiefs football fan and her favorite college team was Notre Dame. Mrs. Boin is survived by her loving husband of nearly 18 years, John Boin; sons Garrett and Dylan; mother Tanya Lobb and husband Denny; father John Cunningham; brother John Cunningham; sister Nikole Dougherty and husband Joseph; paternal grandmothers Pat Cunningham, Gwen Lobb; in-laws Jerry and Vivian Boin; and by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Garrett and Wilma Walsh; paternal grandfather Jack Cunningham.
