Nona Brace Wetzel

Nona LaRee Brace Wetzel passed away peacefully at the Pleasant Hill Rehabilitation Center on Mon. July 27, 2009. A memorial visitation will be held from 1:30 �" 2:30 pm Sat. Aug 1, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 451 SW State Route 150, Lee’s Summit, MO with the Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 pm. Nona was born on June 7, 1925 to Charlotte Evans Graham and Robert T. Graham in Southern Alberta Canada and in 1958 moved to the United States. She spent the last part of her life in Missouri. Her life focused around Real-Estate Sales. She loved to be surrounded by family and friends and enjoyed traveling and gardening. Nona is survived by eight siblings; Ruth Heggie, Marg Graham Florence (Gorden) Adams, Charlene (Gary) Salmon , Wyona (Jay) Wolfley, Lorraine (Mike) Miller and Robert D. (Ruth) Graham. Her loving husband, Dean Wetzel. Three sons and a daughter; Alan & Pat Bourne, Robert & Andrea Bourne, Beverly Barnett and Douglas & Tracee Arney. Sixteen Grandchildren and Sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters, Lynne Graham and Lavonne Kelly and husbands James M. Arney and Jim Brace.
