Charlotte Brown, 68, of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, December 16, 2004. A memorial service will be 7 pm Monday, December 20th at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wayside Waifs. Charlotte was born September 3, 1936 in Kansas City, MO to Garth and Irene Webb. She worked in the Department of Education at U.M.K.C. for several years, retiring in 2002. Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Teresa Baker and husband Floyd; son, James R. Brown and wife Cherri; grandchildren, Shannon Cary, Jennifer Brown, Jamie Brown, Faith Wheeler, Trevor and Travis Alexander.
