Louis Brown

Louis Eldon Brown, 92, of North Kansas City, MO passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009 at his home. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the chapel. Private burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Eldon was born July 29, 1916 in Fairmount, MO to John and Hazel (Kilmer) Brown. He owned and operated Pioneer Container Corp. since 1969. Eldon was reared in Fairmount and graduated from Northeast High School in the special program which allowed him college credits at the time of graduation. His 56 year marriage with Irene gave them four children, Ben, Sue, Joe and Tom. He is survived by three of his children; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother John Brown; a nephew and two nieces; and many friends, wonderful neighbors, dedicated employees and loving caregivers. Eldon was preceded in death by his wife Irene and son Joe.
