Zoya Bucko

Zoya Bucko, 82, of Independence, MO, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Research Medical Center. A memorial service will begin at 7:30 pm, Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church, 11901 Pflumn Rd., Overland Park, KS. A visitation will precede the memorial service beginning at 6 pm at the church. Funeral services will take place at 10 am, Wed., at the church, followed by interment at Highland Park Cemetery, Kansas City, KS.
Zoya Bucko was born in Russia and came to Kansas City in 1949. She was a member of the church. She is survived by her husband Tad Bucko; son Michael Bucko and wife Jerie; daughter Irene Pond and husband Bruce; son Victor Bucko; all of Independence, MO; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the kind nurses and staff that took care of her so well at Specialty Select in Research Medical Center.
