Audrey Bush

Audrey Ferne Bush, 93 of Blue Springs, MO passed away, Monday, March 21, 2011 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Floral Hills East Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Colonial Hills Community of Christ Building Fund, P.O. Box 432, Blue Springs, MO 64013. Audrey was born October 28, 1917 in Orchardville, IL. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker and had also worked as a bookkeeper for Camdenton Auto Supply. She enjoyed church work, sewing, reading, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She was a member of the Colonial Hills Community of Christ. She was married to Herbert Noel Bush on October 28, 1933; he preceded her in death in 1996. Survivors include; a daughter, Ruth Carver and her husband Terry, Sr. of Buckner, MO; 2 grandchildren, Terry Carver, Jr. and his wife Dorothy and Kyle Carver and his wife Melissa and 3 great grandchildren, Terry Carver III, Christopher Carver and Elizabeth Carver. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Harmon and a brother, Merle Reid Harmon.
