Ethel Louise Buxman, 63, Kansas City, MO passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House after a 2 year battle with lung cancer.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, February 4, 2011 at Mt. Washington Cemetery; 614 S. Brookside, Independence, MO. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence, MO.
Ethel was born March 11, 1947 in Henryetta, OK the daughter of Frank and Bette (Chambers) Buxman. She was employed with the Jackson County Courthouse for 25 years. Ethel enjoyed gardening, golfing and bowling. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Frank Buxman, Jr. Ethel is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
