Kelly Carnahan, 45, of Sugar Creek, MO passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 11, 2008 at St. Cyril’s Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Inurnment at Mount St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Kelly was born August 14, 1962 in Kansas City, MO to Eddie Lincoln Collins and Patricia Ann Casey. She grew up in St. Cyril’s Catholic Church parish and enjoyed cooking, reading, making crafts, and fishing. Most importantly, Kelly adored her grandchildren and they were the light of her life.
Kelly is survived by two daughters: Patricia Tadlock and husband James, and Tiffany Theis; five grandchildren: Morgan, Trenton, Jenna, Major, and Addison; mother, Patricia Stefancik and husband Michael Sr.; six siblings: Susan Hale, Robin Sandt, Karen Williamson, Mary Collins, James Collins, and Joe Collins; six step-siblings: Michael Stefancik Jr., Steve Stefancik, Mark Stefancik, Gary Stefancik, Leanne Clark, and Rita Wagner; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Collins; sister, Shawn Norman; mother-in-law, Doris Theis; and her Casey and Collins grandparents.
