Marvin S. Carnesecca, 77, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away January 27, 2012 at St. Luke’s East Hospital. A memorial visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012, followed by a 2:00 p.m. Celebration of Life Service, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Marvin was born October 5, 1934 in Mapleton, Utah to John and Theda Carnesecca. He was an avid golfer, and the oldest living charter member of the Lakewood Oaks Golf Club. Marvin was the owner of Stadium Auto Sales before he retired. He was known as “The Car Man”. Marvin was known for his humor and countless friends. He will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandi; son, Kelly; two sisters, Loreen and Zada. He is survived by his wife, Vickie; son, John; daughter, Carey Carnesecca; stepsons, Ryan and Kevin Lee; brother, Herb (Sue); nine grandchildren, Cole, Samantha, Luke, Casey, Seth, Gabby, Justin, Jackson and Carter; as well as his family in Utah. Contributions may be made in Marvin’s name to the Salvation Army.
