William P. “Bill” Carter, Jr., 80, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Monday, June 16, 2008 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Cremation. No services scheduled. Bill was born November 21, 1927 in St. Louis, MO to William P. and Hallie (Trammel) Carter, Sr. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.
