Pearl Carter

Pearl Alfreda (Wilson) Carter, 82, of Lee’s Summit, MO, formerly of Chanute, KS, passed away Monday, October 1, 2007 at Wilshire at Lakewood. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2007 at Barren Creek Cemetery in Bolivar, MO. Pearl was born December 27, 1924 in Humboldt, KS to Powell and Gertrude (Belsher) Wilson. She was a member of the Living Word Assembly of God Church in Chanute, KS. Mrs. Carter is survived by her sons Patrick Carter and wife Eileen; John Carter and partner Ashley; grandson Shawn P. Carter; a host of cousins and many special friends. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her husband E.H. Carter in 1974.
