Frances Colleen "Fran" Casey (Daniel)

Frances “Fran” Casey, 52, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away August 15, 2016. Visitation will be from 9-11am, Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Memorial service will be at 11 am at the Chapel. Fran was born on January 18, 1964 in Kansas City, MO to Harold and Evelyn (Forbes) Daniel. She attended Raytown High School. It was while in school that she met her future husband, Danny, at a local hangout. The recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. Fran loved to garden both flowers and vegetables. She was well known for her green thumb! She enjoyed both the Royals and Chiefs, even planning special Sunday meal for the football games. Along with her husband she enjoyed listening to classic rock, and the oldies. Throughout her life, Fran’s favorite job was caring for children of all ages in her home, and devoting her life to her children and grandchildren. Survivors include; husband Danny Casey; daughters Ashley Stumpenhaus (Justin) and Jamie Browning (Bryan); sisters Wendy Oistad and Karen Kanngiesser; brother Junior Daniel; grandchildren Avery, Paige, Kinsley, Logan, Kailynn, and Isaiah; a large extended family and many friends.Fran is preceded in death by her parents.
