Dominick Sidney Cavallo, 3, of Independence, MO, passed away, Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 10, 2009 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Speaks Suburban chapel and 5 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury, MO. Donations may be made to the Congenital Heart Defects Families P.O. Box 46744, Kansas City, MO 64188-6744. Dominick was born July 24, 2006 in Independence, MO to Teddy and Krystal (Phillips) Cavallo. He is survived by his mother, Krystal Cavallo of Independence, MO; his father, Teddy Cavallo of Independence, MO; maternal grandparents, Jenny Carter of Independence, MO and George Robert Phillips of Keytesville, MO; paternal grandparents, Theodore Cavallo of McAlister, TX and Sylvia Botello of Tecumseh, OK; great grandmother, Anne Stewart and her husband Glen of Independence, MO and many aunts and uncles.
