Sebastian D. Chapman, the infant son of David and Tara-Marie Chapman, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2004 at St. Lukes Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September, 22, at the Timothy Lutheran Church, Blue Springs, MO.
