Charles "Logan" Epperson, passed away unexpectedly on May 24, 2026, in Blue Springs, Missouri. He was only 20 years old. Logan was born to Charles “Pat” Epperson and Nicole (Bradley) Epperson on March 10, 2006, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a young man whose bright spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many.

A graduate of Blue Springs High School, Logan was known for his selfless nature and optimistic outlook on life. Logan was a beacon of light among his family, friends, and community. He had a unique way of uplifting those around him, always putting others first and celebrating their accomplishments before his own. His genuine smile and upbeat nature made him a "best friend" to many, leaving a lasting impression on countless hearts.

Logan spent about a year working at Jack Stack BBQ and recently began a new chapter with a landscaping company, eager to embrace growth and opportunity.

Beyond his work, Logan enjoyed the outdoors and sports. He liked to play basketball with friends and found great joy in bow hunting and fishing alongside his father, brothers and uncle Charlie. Not only was he passionate about these activities, but he also enjoyed cooking—constantly perfecting his skills, especially in smoking meat and preparing steak and chicken wings. Logan took great pride in the moments he spent cooking for those he loved, creating meals that brought everyone together.

Though Logan’s life was far too brief, his impact remains enduring. He will be remembered for the warmth and compassion that defined his character. He was a dear friend to many, a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin, and a shining light to all who knew him.
