Robert E. Clark, 52, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away, Sunday, November 29, 2009, at North Kansas City Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the chapel. Donations may be made to the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging, One Elmwood Ave., Kansas City, KS 66103. Bob was born June 18, 1957 in Independence, MO to Winifred Eugene and Mary Ellen (Lucas) Clark. He grew up in Independence graduating from William Chrisman High School in 1975 and had attended some college classes. Among his many hobbies Bob enjoyed coaching ball with his children, (very family oriented) fishing, train sets, working on cars and extensive genealogy on the Clark family tree. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blue Springs. He was employed for over 30 years at Bayer Chemical Company. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Loyce (Sullivan) on August 8, 1975, she survives of the home. Other survivors include; a son, Robert E. Clark, Jr. of Independence, MO; 2 daughters, Lisa Marie Ellen Foster and her husband Scott of Blue Springs, MO and Casey Ann Borovac and her husband Peter of Lee’s Summit, MO; his parents, Winifred and Mary Clark of Warsaw, MO; 3 sisters, Jeanie Adkins and her husband David of Waverly, MO, Debbie Jernigan and her husband Jeff of Grain Valley, MO and Shirley Farmer and her husband Paul of Pleasant Hill, MO; 6 grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Kelsey, Bryce, Taylor Ann and Peter Robert; an uncle and many nieces and nephews.
