William Clark

Billy T. Clark, 40, of Bates City, MO passed May 31, 2013. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, at the Speaks Buckner Chapel. He was born January 22, 1973 in Independence, MO. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Clark; son, Jacob Clark; two stepsons, Jonathan and Andrew Zarate; stepdaughter, Julia Zarate; brother, Steven Proctor; stepfather, Troy Sevigney; as well as many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Diana Clark.
