On February 13th, Cobin Migale Rost was called home to his Lord and Savior.
Cobin was born on October 15th, 1998 in Torrington, Wyoming.
Shortly after his birth, he and his family moved to the independence, Missouri area where he lived for the remainder of his days.
Cobin spent his early years of life in doctor appointments and getting blood work done. Through all the doctors and therapies Cobin was always a trooper and brought joy to all who had the pleasure of working with him. In Cobin’s younger years, he enjoyed playing in the pool and riding horses during hippotherapy. During this time, Cobin was introduced to his favorite toy, the clacker.. This toy brought much joy and comfort to him all the days of his life. Cobin enjoyed watching Blue’s Clues, Veggietales, Monster’s Inc., and Toy Story. Cobin left a positive mark on all who met him. Though he was non-verbal, he was able to express his wants, needs, and love for others through his expressions and actions.
Cobin will always be remembered, not by his passing, but by the lessons he taught and the love he gave.
Cobin is survived by his parents, Shawn and Jenny Pickett, Siblings Sarah Rost, Caleb Pickett, Kylee Pickett, Cassie Pickett, Katelynn Pickett, Cody Pickett, and Kendall Pickett. He was preceded in death by Great Grandparents June and Harvey Rost and Lawerance Heller.
