Juaree “Tete” Cook, 94, of Independence, MO passed away October 5, 2015. Visitation will be be from 9-10am Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Services at the chapel will follow at 10am. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery. Tete was born on May 28, 1921 in Bay Minette, AL to Herbert and Doris (Miller) Page. She was a graduate of William Chrisman High School and a member of the RLDS Church. Tete was happiest when spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and shopping. Tete is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Chester S. Cook on February 12, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter Linda Cook, and son Chris Cook. Survivors include; son Chester Cook (Debbie); granddaughters Nikki Krattli and Courtney Cook; grandsons Kyle Cook, Chet Cook, Clay Cook,and Taylor Cook.
