Sierra Lynmarie Cook, age 1 of Blue Springs, MO, passed away, Sunday, February 3, 2008 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs. Cremation is planned with private family memorial services to be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the Sierra Lynmarie Cook Memorial Fund c/o Penny Evans at any of the Bank of America locations. Sierra was born February 8, 2006 in Kansas City, MO to Shane and Tammie (Royse) Cook. Survivors include; her parents of the home; a brother, Shane Cook, Jr. and sister, Krista Cook both of the home; grandparents, Tim and Vicki Wilburn of Oregon, Penny Evans of Blue Springs, MO and Howard Cook of Grants Pass, OR; great grandparents, Patricia Birrer, Barbara Wilburn, William and Shirley Baker and Eugene Royse; 3 aunts and 2 uncles.
