Donna Raye Cooke

Donna Raye (Waugh) Cooke, 58, Independence, Mo. died Oct. 24, 2004, at her home. Services will be 10 am, Thursday, Oct. 28 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; interment at Raymore Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 - 8 pm, Wed. at the funeral home. The family suggests contributions to Crossroads Hospice. Donna was born April 26, 1946 in Kansas City, Mo. She graduated from Raymore-Peculiar High School in 1965 and worked at International Paper Company for 10 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lucille Waugh. Donna is survived by her son, Wesley W. Cooke; daughter, Jeannie L. Cooke; grandson, Brandon L. Cooke, all of Indep., MO; brothers Donald L. Waugh, Peculiar, MO.; Robert S. Pierce, Antlers, OK; sisters Charlotte R. Hockman, Goodyear, AZ; Betty L. Foote, Peculiar, MO; her companion Lawrence Lynch, and many nieces and nephews.
