Christian F. Dandorf, 84, Independence, MO passed away Sept. 23 2007. Services with Full Military Honors will be 3 pm, Friday, Sept. 28, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Private interment will take place at a later date at the New Jersey State Veterans Cemetery.
Chris was born July 3, 1923 in Guttenberg, NJ. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II and was very proud of his military service. He worked for Lever Brothers Co. for over 45 years, retiring in 1987 as a supervisor.
Chris was preceded in death by his wife, Muriel in 1999. He is survived by his son Dennis Dandorf and wife Lee Ann, Independence, MO; sister Helen Poggio, Dumont, NJ; grandchildren Matthew & Mindy Dandorf, Independence, MO.
