Daniel Lee Brown, passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2026, in Blue Springs, Missouri. He was 26 years old. Daniel was born to Howard Brown III and Mandy Duea on March 1, 2000 in Independence, Missouri. He was a vibrant and joyful soul whose presence brightened the lives of those around him.
Daniel graduated from Blue Springs High School, then devoted six years to working at Lamar's Donuts, a place where he was able to greet customers with his warm and friendly smile daily. His positive attitude made him a beloved presence both at work and among those who knew him.
Known for his happy and funny personality, Daniel brought laughter and light to the lives of many. He was an avid gamer, finding joy and excitement in games such as Minecraft, Fortnite, and any that featured zombies. Beyond gaming, Daniel enjoyed cooking BBQ, impressing family members with his skill and love put into every dish.
One of Daniel’s proudest accomplishments was his dedication while training to swim and compete at the Special Olympics. Despite facing challenges brought on by his disability, he never allowed it to hold him back. With the support of Bethel Home Healthcare, Daniel was able to live independently, embracing courage and determination.
Daniel Lee Brown will be remembered for the joy he brought to others, his resilience, and his kind heart. His legacy is one of determination, warmth, and the simple happiness he shared so freely.
He is survived by his mother, Mandy Duea and step-father, Shawn Parker; sisters, Aryanna Parker and Tracy Brown; grandmother, Patty Dike and aunts, Alicia Duea and Stephanie Wahl (Robert).
Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Howard Brown III.
