James Daniels

James R. Daniels, of Blue Springs Mo, a father, grandfather, brother and friend to many, passed away on Thursday October 22, 2020 from Covid-19. James was 73 years old.

James was born on November 27, 1946 in Wichita Ks, the child of Earl and Elizabeth Daniels. James was a loving father, grandfather and friend to many. He spent most of his free time with his family. James retired from the post office after giving 28 years of service. James was an Army Veteran, he severed two years. James leaves behind his Brother Jerry Daniels of Mission Tx, Daughters Robyn Daniels of Independence Mo, Jennifer (Matt) Foster of Odessa Mo, Crystal Simmons (Bradley Williams) of Blue Springs Mo. Grandchildren Jordan Daniels, Taylor Daniels, Anthony Simmons, Tyler Foster, Trevor Foster, Jasmine Foster. Great Grandchildren Payton Scritchfield, Jaxson Scritchfield, Clayton Scritchfield. James was proceeded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 6 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7 at Blue Springs Christian Church, 7920 MO-7, Blue Springs, MO 64014 with burial to follow at Blue Springs Cemetery.
