Ella Davis

Ella Maxine Davis, 81, Independence, MO passed away Sept. 19, 2009. Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation.
Ella was born Jan. 28, 1928 in Kansas City, MO and graduated from Northeast High School. She then began a career with the Federal Civil Service, which spanned over thirty years. She worked as a systems analyst for the Dept. of Agriculture for most of her career and retired in 1983. She was a member of Mt. Washington Baptist Church. Ella and her husband Willard enjoyed traveling around the country especially to Lake Norfork, AR and our National Parks.
Ella was preceded in death by her husband Willard P. Davis and son Billy Davis. She is survived by son Edgar Paul Davis II, Independence, MO; daughters-in-law Adrienne Davis, Independence, MO; Cece Davis, Liberty, MO; grandchildren Katie Davis, Liberty, MO; Brett Davis, Independence, MO; Kyle Davis; Kenny Davis, both of Liberty, MO; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Frank and Betty Martin, Kansas City, MO.
