Bill R. Dent

Bill R. Dent, 62, of Blue Springs, MO passed away on October 12, 2004 at his home. A visitation will be held from 9-11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 14, at the St. Lukes United Church of Christ, Independence. The service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to I.C.A.N., a center that serves developmentally delayed adults. He was born on October 6, 1942 in Swifton, Arkansas to Max and Oca Dent. Bill is survived by his wife of 40 years, Phyllis Dent; two daughters, Danielle and Angela Dent; mother, Oca Dent; two brothers, Bob and David Dent; two sisters, Mary Brown and Clara Higgins. Bill loved life and recently said, "I wouldn�t change a thing.�
