Frank C. Derkits, 80, Independence, MO died April 15, 2007. Memorial services will be 10 am, Wed., April, 18, 2007 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to American Cancer Society.
Frank was born March 28, 1927 in Chicago, IL. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps who served in WW II and the Occupation Forces in Japan after the war. He is survived by his brothers Joe Derkits; John R. Derkits; Mike Derkits; all of Independence, MO; and sister Judith Youngs, Illinois.
